  • Yes, prior to our visit you will need you obtain an occupational therapist prescription from your doctor, PCP, or OBGYN. A formal diagnosis needs to be established prior to your visit.

  • Yes you sure do! Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email to complete questionnaires and general information. All paperwork must be completed within 48 hours prior to our session or we will have to reschedule.

  • Since this is a home visit, I will arrive at your place of residence. I have all the equipment we will need. We’ll talk through your history, goals, and current concerns, and I’ll complete a gentle evaluation to better understand your needs. Together we’ll build a personalized plan that feels realistic and empowering. You’ll leave with clarity, tools, and a sense of hope for your healing journey.

  • Of course, you will receive exercises and knowledge to move through the coming weeks. Always, set in realistic parameters that are attainable for you. I weave in exercise throughout your daily life to make it feel accomplishable.
