With the Tides Wellness is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance at this time. I understand that most people have insurance and would like to utilize their plans, you are more than welcome to submit a super-bill to your insurance for reimbursement. Not taking insurance allows the freedom to spend 1:1 quality time with you, and will use the tools necessary for your healing. Payment is processed at the time of service.

Intake paper work must be completed 48 hours prior to appointment to utilize in face to face time and treatment within the time frame
